Capital Reversal Policy v1.0
1. Subscription Reversal
Digital infrastructure subscriptions are eligible for a full reversal within 7 days of initial provisioning if the "Pro Suite" features have not been utilized for active site operations.
2. Termination Protocol
Upon termination of the service, no partial refunds for the remaining billing cycle will be issued. Your "Pro" access will remain active until the end of the current deployment period.
3. Exceptional Claims
Technical failures preventing the capture of critical site measurements or financial records will be evaluated for full or partial credits on a per-incident basis by our command staff.
